The activities of the first edition of the home furnishing exhibition “Furniture 360”, which is being organized and hosted by the Expo Centre Sharjah with the support the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry, SCCI, are underway amid a great competitive boost between more than 50 international and local companies through exciting discounts up to 95%.

Over an area of 12 thousand square meters, the largest exhibition of its kind across the country has managed to attract thousands of visitors, thanks to the offered competitive prices on the latest and finest products of modern home furnishing.

It is expected that the number of visitors will significantly increase on the last day of the exhibition to take advantage of the great deals and learn more about the state-of-the-art innovations, technologies, and solutions in the furniture sector, thus enhancing the sales of this sector.

Exceeded All Expectations

HE Saif Muhammad Al Midfa, CEO of the Expo Center Sharjah, said: “The huge turnout in the first two days of the exhibition has exceeded all expectations. This truly reflects the title of the exhibition “Furniture 360” through its effective role in providing integrated solutions in various areas, such as equipping houses and commercial and hotel projects, from designs for all spaces to finishes, decor, furnishings, and accessories.”

“It is the largest exhibition across the country. Not only that, but it also the only platform in the Emirate of Sharjah to establish diversified commercial relations and open new markets in this sector, and an international destination to attract interested buyers and merchants wishing to expand their business and increase their expertise,” Al Midfa noted.

15 National Companies

He added: “15 national and local companies are taking part in the exhibition, the matter that constitutes a perfect opportunity for these companies to learn more about the best international expertise in the field of home furnishing and furniture industry. This would help achieve the sought-after development of this sector, by encouraging and supporting the companies operating in this sector to adopt the best economic practices and technology-enhanced furniture concept, so as to ensure the optimal utilization of available resources and achieve the best possible returns.”

“The coming editions of the Exhibition 360 will form an important platform for international companies to know more about domestic products and open new markets for their exports, especially that the Emirate of Sharjah is witnessing a high demand for the home furnishing and furniture sector, in light of the growing renaissance witnessed by the Emirate of Sharjah,” Al Midfa concluded.

The First Smart Air Purifier System

The Exhibition 360 saw the launch of the world’s first smart air purifier system presented by a French company, while the Saudi company “Pire Import” showcased the most prestigious products of home furniture, artifacts, and furniture accessories.

Kitcherama Trading showcased the best quality kitchen equipment for homes and hotels. The exhibition also saw the participation of an elite group of decorators and various home designers, who provided direct technical consultations to visitors on the best decoration designs.

A large number of the most renowned international and local furniture and home furnishing companies from France, Turkey, Spain, China, India, Australia, Italy, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America are taking part in the Furniture 360 exhibition.

In addition, a number of major international brands and companies are participating in the exhibition, such as Royal Furniture, Home Center, Jeevani, Evren, Doralex, Happy Call, Home Style, Clayton, Hawkins, besides remarkable participation of local and national companies.

The products on display include home, hospitality and office furniture and furnishings, outdoor and leisure furniture, home décor and home textiles, kitchenware, home appliances, garden equipment, and tools, and camping and leisure accessories, among others.

The exhibition, which will be concluded tomorrow Saturday, is open for visitors from 10 am to 10 pm on all days.
