Sharjah Islamic Bank Wins The Dubai Service Excellence Program Award
Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) picked up the award for Best Service Performance Brand in the service sector, at the twenty-eighth session of the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme, an initiative organised by the Dubai Department of Economic Development.
The prestigious award is an additional accolade for the bank, having previously been honoured in the Smart Services Sector category in 2020, and the services sector category in 2019. The awards confirm the bank’s continuous approach in enhancing quality and excellence to achieve further growth and development in banking.
The Dubai Service Excellence Program award aims to enhance quality and excellence as the catalyst for further growth and development in various business sectors. The scheme honours the extraordinary efforts and commitment to adopting best practices and achieving excellence locally and regionally.
In recent years, the bank has received many prestigious awards in recognition of its innovative solutions and distinguished services. These include awards from The Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Innovation Award, the award for leading institutions in the field of job localisation in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Other recent accolades include the Wells Fargo Operational Excellence Award for 2018-2019, the award for Brokers Excellence Rating – Five Stars and the Best Financial Institution Deal award from Global Capital Magazine.
