Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) has won the Best Digital Banking Transformation Award at the 2021 Infosys FinacleInnovation Awards, confirming the strength and excellence of its digital transformation ecosystem.

The Infosys FinacleInnovation Awards is a platform concerned with the global banking technology sector and recognizes financial institutions across the world for breakthrough innovations and novel approaches that create new value for their stakeholders.As part of the process, judges consider efficiency in providing banking services and products, the degree of customer satisfaction, the use of innovation in channels and distribution, as well as innovate practices that promote increased revenues and profits in the market.

Adopting strategies to enhance digital services
