The Al Majaz Amphitheatre’s Management has announced that Jordanian singer Omar Al Abdallat and Palestinian Arab Idol Mohammed Assaf, will be performing on the third Friday of this month on January 24. Their concert was earlier scheduled to stage on January 10, but has been pushed back due to possibility of rainfall in the UAE.

The event is part of the new season of #letsmajaz being held at the Al Majaz Amphitheatre in Sharjah from December 2019 to April 2020. The decision to postpone the concert was taken because heavy rainfall has been forecast across Sharjah this weekend. The management wanted to ensure that the fans were able to enjoy the concert without interruption and in relative safety.

Tickets already purchased for the concert will be valid for entry on January 24.

Fans of the two artistes have been eagerly awaiting the concert where Omar Al Abdallat will perform from his collection of popular folk numbers and patriotic Jordanian songs, while Mohammed Assaf is expected to belt out his famous pop songs.

Al Majaz Amphitheatre has emerged as one of UAE’s most-loved cultural and entertainment destination. From Greek musical legend Yanni to Latin music superstar Julio Iglesias and Arab heartthrobs like Mohammed Abdu, Marcel Khalife, Nawal El Kuwaitia, to Emirati music sensations Balqees and Hussain Al Jassmi, many musicians of note have performed at the iconic open-air venue.

Tickets can be booked online at https://www.Platinumlist.ae, or from Al Majaz Amphitheatre.
