The “Jewels of Emirates” Show, which is set to kick off on June 30 until July 3 under the theme Glamour of beauty, is providing a unique platform to support and the gold trade and industry in the UAE.

The 4-day event is also an unrivalled opportunity for major Emirati jewelry brands and stores, as well top globally gold and gemstone brands to boost their sales and revenues and showcase their latest products to woo visitors, who are eagerly waiting to add new pieces of gold to their jewelry box.

To grab the attention of visitors and shoppers, the Expo Centre Sharjah jointly with the exhibiting companies is offering exciting prizes and gifts, such as a diamond set, a white gold ring with diamonds, an iPhone Pro 12, in addition to daily AED 2000 shopping vouchers. This is to support the efforts of exhibitors in promoting their products, while, on the other hand, the companies are racing against each other to offer exclusive deals and discounts on traditional and modern jewelry, luxury and watches.

“Jewels of Emirates” show aims to strengthen the competitiveness of the gold, jewelry, and watches trades in the UAE and enhance the exports of this industry, said HE Saif Mohamed Al Midfa, CEO, Expo Centre Sharjah, adding that the show has become increasingly important, especially when we know that gold represents 29% of the total non-oil foreign trade exports of the UAE.

Apart from the international exhibitions and conferences organized by the Centre, we are also keen to launch specialized local events in order to support the various economic sectors, contribute to the economic diversification policy in Sharjah, and generate different sources of income, he added.

Sultan Shattaf, Director, Sales & Marketing Department, Expo Centre Sharjah, highlighted the impactful role of the Jewels of Emirates show in supporting young Emirati talents and entrepreneurs working in the gold sector around the country. He noted that the event represents an important platform for them to show their talents and creations, as well as to enhance their communication with new customers and exchange experiences, besides learning new experiences from industry leaders.

The show opens its doors to visitors on Wednesday and Saturday from 2 pm to 10 pm, and on Thursday from 2 pm to 11 pm, while on Friday from 3 pm to 11 pm.
