Expo Centre Sharjah honored the heads and members of the organizing committee of the “Ramadan Nights 2019” which was hosted and organized by the Expo Centre in celebration of the Holy Month of Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr, as part of the 30th edition of “Sharjah Ramadan Festival”.

The honoring ceremony was attended by H.E. Saif Mohamed Al Midfa, CEO, Expo Centre Sharjah, Sheikha Azza Al Qassimi, Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Expo Centre Sharjah, Sultan Shattaf, Director of Business Development & Marketing, Expo Centre Sharjah, Marwan Al Mashghouni, Director of Public Relations and Media at Expo Center Sharjah, and a number of other directors and employees.

Appreciating the Efforts of the Organizing Committee

In this context, H.E. Saif Mohamed Al Midfa, said: “We are honoring the organizing committee in recognition of its fruitful efforts which had a great impact on the success of the Ramadan Nights event. This year’s edition attracted over 150.000 visitors throughout the 17 days and offered exciting discounts to the visitors.

Al Midfa added that the success of Ramadan Nights 2019 is a result of the efforts and cooperation between the organizing committee, sponsors, private sector and government departments from the Emirate of Sharjah.

He said that the show has extended its’ positive impact to other sectors in Sharjah, in light of the constant attention and wise directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah.

Al Midfa commended the valuable support and strenuous follow-up by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) during the preparations for the exhibition, noting that these efforts have contributed to realizing the desired objectives.

He highlighted the need to maintain the same level of excellence and creativity in the upcoming events.

Acknowledgment

At the end of the ceremony, Al Midfa handed out the appreciation certificates to the head and members of the organizing committee.

In return, the honorees expressed their thanks and gratitude for the management’s support and encouragement, stressing their keenness on developing the exhibition further.
