As winter is arriving in the UAE, City Sightseeing Sharjah (CSS), launched by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) in collaboration with City Sightseeing Worldwide, has announced new timings of its tours during the winter season. Starting from October till May, the CSS will organise daily tours from 9am to 7pm.

The City Sightseeing Sharjah tours offers three bus lines: the red route (Leisure Tour) that includes 13 stops and begins with the Central Souq, Palm Tree Oasis, Al Noor Mosque, Al Majaz Waterfront, Al Majaz Amphitheatre, Al Montazah, Al Khan Corniche where there are two stops, then to Sharjah Aquarium, Al Qasba, Sahara Shopping Centre, Safeer Mall and ends with City Centre Sharjah.

The Green Route (Cultural Tour) comprises of eight bus stops – the Central Souq, Fish Market, Heart of Sharjah, Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization, Radisson Blu, Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa, Cultural Square, and Mega Mall. Cultural tours are available from 9am to 7pm.

The Blue Route (Night Tour) runs on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30pm to 9pm. It features 12 stops: Central Souq, Palm Tree Oasis, Al Noor Mosque, Al Majaz Waterfront, Al Majaz Amphitheatre, Al Montazah Parks, Al Khan Beach I and II, Sharjah Aquarium then Al Qasba.

Tickets for City Sightseeing Sharjah are available at all CSS’s stops in Sharjah and sales outlets in the main tourist destinations and shopping centres (Al Majaz Waterfront, Al Qasba, Mega Mall, the Central Souq and Sahara Shopping Centre.), as well as the front desks in many hotels and travel agencies in Sharjah.
