Chris Do Urges Unlocking The Limitless Potential Of AI To Build Authentic Brands For Both Corporates & Individuals
On the inaugural day of the 7th annual Sharjah Investment Forum (SIF) 2024 on Wednesday, Emmy winner, Founder and CEO of The Futur, Chris Do, captivated attendees with his insights on harnessing artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance both corporate and personal brands. Speaking on the topic of ‘Intelligent Identities: AI in Corporate Branding,’ Do urged the audience to view AI not as a threat but as a powerful tool for amplification.
“AI won’t make you smarter or enhance your content; it simply amplifies your true self,” Do said, emphasising on the importance of integrating AI into business strategies to cultivate authentic brands.
The power of storytelling in branding
“Without a story, a product or service is just a commodity,” he said, encouraging attendees to leverage technology as a strategic ally in brand development.
“Your number one job is to be the best version of yourself,” he advised, noting that personal brands thrive on backstories, defining moments and even character flaws that foster relatability.
For those eager to refine their branding strategies, Do shared a structured approach for formulating effective AI prompts. He stressed the importance of clarity in intentions and urged the audience to use generative AI to discuss questions like, “Why are you doing this? What transformations do you seek?”
Prompts can be a powerful way to streamline thinking when using AI. Suggesting some useful ones, Do told the audience to use prompts like, “Make it easy for a fifth grader to understand.” Another valuable one was, “Add this to the end of your requests: Please ask me 10 yes or no clarifying questions to ensure alignment.” This approach, he emphasised, would greatly enhance the accuracy of the AI’s output.
In a world where brand identity and innovation are vital, Chris Do’s insights serve as a powerful reminder of the significance of storytelling and intentionality in creating impactful brands. His practical guidance resonates with both seasoned professionals and newcomers alike, showcasing that with the right tools and mindset, anyone can elevate their brand.
The seventh edition of the Sharjah Investment Forum, organised by the Sharjah FDI Office (Invest in Sharjah), runs from 18-19 September at the Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre, under the theme: ‘A Futuristic Vision for Smart Economies’.
