Sharjah Businessmen Commend The Emirate And Its Wise Leadership For Supporting Them During Challenging Times
A number of heads and representatives of private sector institutions recently posted a video through the social media platforms, through which they have expressed their appreciation and gratitude to the Emirate of Sharjah and its wise leadership for supporting them and tackling all the challenges they face, especially in light of the global developments and changes due to COVID-19 pandemic.
They also commended the economic stimulus package adopted by Sharjah’s government to support the public and private institutions, business sectors, and individuals, underlining that this package clearly reflects the keenness of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah to enhance and support Sharjah’s business environment and to harness the whole potential to ease the negative impacts of COVID-19 on the business community.
This underlines that the Emirate of Sharjah enjoys a stimulating environment that can retain and develop direct foreign investment through consolidating the public-private sector confidence.
They also reaffirmed that the Emirate of Sharjah has been and still a gateway to investment and business with unlimited ambitions and aspirations because it is an investment in the values of success and sustainability.
They added: “The emirate has always been a strategic choice for investment because of its eagerness to ensure the prosperity of the business community, thanks to the unprecedented decisions taken to accelerate the economic growth. The emirate’s proactive relief measures have contributed to the market recovery and buoyancy to keep it away from any crises.”
The video concluded with the participants expressing with one voice that Sharjah will remain a platform for success story and an example of recovery.
This came in response to the media campaign launched by Financial, Economic and Industrial Affairs Committee at the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) under the theme ‘We’ll get through this’ to highlight the economic stimulus package.
